Welcome to DeltaForceOS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.deltaforce.network, the DeltaForceOS community hosted on Skool, and all related courses, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
DeltaForceOS is a private operator network for engineers shipping production AI agents, operated by Delta Force (“we”, “us”). Our community lives on Skool; our website is the marketing and entry point.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
When you join DeltaForceOS, you will create an account on Skool. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate and current information.
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Membership & Payment
Paid membership is billed at the listed Pro price through Skool and Stripe. By subscribing:
- Your subscription auto-renews each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from within your Skool account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund previously paid months (see Refund Policy).
- Pricing may change for new members at any time.
- Taxes, VAT, and currency conversion fees, where applicable, may be added at checkout.
5. What You Get
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access:
- The DeltaForceOS community on Skool.
- Course content, templates, prompts, configurations, and code samples we publish.
- Weekly working sessions and recordings.
- Private channels, alpha / build-log threads, and member introductions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute our content, templates, or recordings outside the community.
- Share your account credentials or transfer your membership.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the community or courses for a commercial product competing with DeltaForceOS.
- Harass, threaten, spam, or discriminate against any member, or post unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Upload malware, attempt to probe or breach our systems, or interfere with the service.
- Use the Service or its outputs to provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without the required credentials.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund and, in severe cases, legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service — courses, templates, prompts, code samples, videos, diagrams — is the property of Delta Force or its licensors. You receive a license to use this content for your personal learning and building. You do not receive the right to republish, resell, or repackage it.
Content you create and share inside the community (your posts, code, questions) remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the community.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties including Skool, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DeltaForceOS teaches technical and business skills. Outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and many other factors. We make no guarantees about financial results, career outcomes, or the performance of any AI system you build based on our content.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTA FORCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta Force, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Skool. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms, for conduct that harms other members, or for any reason with reasonable notice. On termination, your license to use the Service ends; sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive.
13. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, or modify features, content, and pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing paying members.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Delta Force is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, notified by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
